Remote Pairing & Troubleshooting

If the fan does not operate after installation, please check the remote control batteries, power supply, and wiring connections first. To re-pair the remote and receiver, turn off the power, turn the power back on, then immediately press and hold the Fan ON/OFF or 2H button for 10 seconds. A flashing red indicator confirms successful pairing. After pairing, try turning on the fan again.

Note: The remote control does not have a memory function. Batteries are not included and need to be purchased separately.
